- The age of the driver must be at least 23 years, and 27 years for a Crossover category.
- The driver must have a driving license issued at least 2 years ago.
- Non-EU renters must have an international driving license.
- The renter is responsible for traffic violations and pays all related fines.
- It is forbidden to use the car by third parties other than the renter and additional driver. During the rental period, the additional driver is just as responsible as the main driver.
- In case of non-business hours pick-up/ drop-off (22:00-08:00) there is an extra charge 30 euro.
- Rent payment is made upon pick-up of the car.
- Upon pick-up, the amount of fuel in the tank is specified in the contract, the renter must return the car with the amount of fuel that was specified in the contract. If the car is returned with less fuel, the renter shall pay the cost of the missing liters at the current price at the time of rental and 5 euros for refueling.
- It is forbidden to use the rented car for:
- transportation of prohibited and dangerous goods and cargo;
- transportation of passengers for financial gain;
- driving training for other people, even free of charge;
- towing or moving other vehicles;
- in sporting events;
- in the event of an accident or mechanical breakdown.
- It is forbidden to drive outside of Greece or to board a ferry without written consent of the car rental company.
- Renter is obliged to keep the car in good condition, check the mechanics, oil and water level, tires, etc.. Any repair of the car by the renter or a third party is prohibited without the permission of the car rental company.
- If the car is returned with heavy soiling, the renter must cover the cost of cleaning the car: €10 for washing + vacuuming and/or €50 for dry-cleaning the interior.
- If the car is found unsuitable for use through the fault of the rental company, the car shall be replaced and the rental company shall provide a vehicle with characteristics similar to the rented vehicle or refund the cost of renting the car for the remaining period.
- In case of damage to the vehicle or traffic accident, including theft or act of vandalism, the renter agrees to immediately call company's representative and POLICE, and get a copy of the protocol.
- The rental agreement is governed by Greek Law and any dispute that may arise between the renter and the rental company will be settled exclusively by the Court of Thessaloniki.
- The rental agreement is stronger than any other written or oral agreement between the renter and the rental company.
- TPL (Third party liability) insurance is included in the price. There is also a CDW insurance with an exceed 500 euro for categories Small, Compact, Standart, Full-size. 750 euro exceed for a SUV, Crossover category and Premium Sedan.
- Refundable deposit is 500 euro for categories Small, Compact, Standart, Full-size category and 750 euro for SUVs, Premium Crossover and Premium Sedan. The deposit must be provided in cash or by card upon pick-up of the car.
- At the end of the agreed rental period we provide a free 1-hour extension on the return of the car. After this time, the renter will have to pay at least the cost of the full day of rental.
Attention! Insurance will not cover you:
- If you move on an unpaved road.
- If the driver was not listed in the contract.
- If the driver is exposed to alcohol, hallucinogens, drugs, barbiturates, or other substances.
- If the vehicle is damaged in the following situations:
- Damage to the interior by pets and cigarettes;
- Damage to internal equipment due to improper use or excessive contamination.
